## What We Offer

The Craft Emporium operates a retail bottle shop and public house in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Online ordering for pickup is available subject to product availability and applicable Ohio law.

## Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol or any age-restricted product. By placing an order you confirm you meet the age requirement. Valid ID is required at pickup.

## Product Availability

Online inventory is updated regularly but availability is not guaranteed. If a product you ordered is unavailable we will contact you before your pickup window.

## Limitation of Liability

The Craft Emporium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or purchase of products.

## Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

## Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
